Drawing from my extensive experience as both a full-time teacher and later as a supply teacher, I understand firsthand the pressures faced by educators, students, and parents alike. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the challenges of school life and the stress that can accumulate within and outside the school environment.
My SupplyWellbeing workshops are designed to offer practices that help reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote emotional resilience. These workshops aren't limited to schools; the mental and emotional turmoil we face isn't confined only to educational settings. Stress, anxiety, and burnout affect people in all workplaces, from corporate offices to healthcare facilities. That's why SupplyWellbeing is equally relevant to any work environment.
By fostering self-care my workshops aim to build more compassionate, balanced communities—whether in schools or any workplace—where individuals can manage their stress, connect with themselves and others, and thrive in both their professional and personal lives.​​​​​​
