To channel healing energy to release tension and promote balance.

3. Closing and Grounding:

Conclude your Reiki session feeling grounded, mentally and emotionally

prepared for the mindfulness session
4. The Here and Now Practice
Following the Reiki session, all your experiences, sensations, emotions or questions will provide the ideal platform for practicing breathing and meditation to help you gain insights to possible root causes and potential solutions to free yourself from current physical or emotional health issues.
